Homestay in 加拿大 － Winnipeg
Me and my husband Joe lives with our 21 yr old son Gio live in our tiny house and we have another tiny house beside it that we rent out for students. There’s only 3 of us in the family and it would be fun and exciting to have guests that we can meet and learn a lot from. We are from the Philippines and have visited US, Hongkong and Korea. We are planning on visiting Singapore, Taiwan and Japan in the future. We have a dog named Max that we adopted 2 years ago from an organization that we volunteer and foster small puppies until they get adopted. We also volunteer for Ovarian Cancer Canada. I am head committee for Food and Beverage, Joe and Gio volunteers too. I work for 2 major hospital here in Winnipeg as Food Services Supervisor and Joe runs his own cleaning company.
We just started to open this other house that Gio owns for guests as my son still lives with us.
The house is newly renovated with high end finish. House furnish are all brand new. Enjoy the fast wireless internet, home phone and 50” smart tv with gaming console. The house is with camera and alarm system.
Our 2 guest will enjoy their own bedroom with study table and closet. The washroom, living and dining room will be shared by the 2 guests. Enjoy nice weather in treed deck with fire pit in the backyard or can stay in the sunroom if they prefer to stay indoor. Can enjoy the garden fruits/vegetables during summer. There’s park in front of the house, with basketball court to enjoy or just walking in the area, or you can exercise inside the house if you prefer to. There’s yoga mat/ball to use.
Malls, grocery stores, schools, downtown are few minutes away from the house. Transportation going to and from school can be arrange for an extra fee. But if you have your own car we also have parking pad, or bus stop is available walking distance from the houde.
Printing is also available for $.010 for black and $.050 for coloured.
We expect our house guests to respect the house and its rules. Clean as you go and take care of the house and its furnishings as your own. No smoking, no drinking alcohol, no drugs and no pets allowed.
