Hello! We have a large wonderful home located in a quiet neighbourhood close to transit and all amenities. Within our home we have a beautiful apartment with separate entrance, bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom. There is a kitchen with fridge, microwave, convection countertop oven and counter hot plate with an open concept into sitting/TV area. our occupant can easily make their own meals daily with the facilities offered, as well we are happy to have you join us for some meals as well...this can be discussed once we assess your needs. The space is approximately 1000sq. ft. and would also allow outdoor access to BBQ and patio during the warmer months to enjoy our park-like yard and fresh air. We would love to help a student in need of a quiet place to stay, in a safe neighbourhood while allowing independence/privacy. As mentioned above, we are available to have you join us for some meals and act as your family support if needed. We are sporty and active parents of two wonderful young adults who have set sail on their own adventures and as a result find ourselves with TOO MUCH SPACE!!! We are looking for a conscientious, quiet student to use our apartment!
