Homestay opportunity for international students (female preferred but may consider male).
Our Homestay is a 5 - 10 minute ride away from Red River College (Notre Dame Campus) which can be walked in the summer.
Rent Includes:
* Free once-a-week use of washer and dryer (detergent, fabric softener & clothes hangers provided)
* Twin-sized bed with pillows, bedding, sheets/comforters
* High-speed internet/wifi connection
* Free use of TV with YouTube Premium, Netflix, & Amazon Prime Videos
* Electricity (Heating / Airconditioning)

* Free Home phone use (for local calls), wireless phone inside your room.
* Room is equipped with a three-drawer dresser, mirror, ceiling fan, closet, study table with lamp, and a computer chair.
Location:
* Very near Red River (RRC) Notre Dame campus which is only about a 9-minute ride and is walkable in the summer.
* 5-minute walk from the bus stop
* 10 minutes ride away from Polo Park shopping mall and other shops in the St. James area.
* 10 minutes away from the airport.
We Provide:
* Opening a bank account
* Getting a cellphone
* Getting bus passes (Convenience store near us)
* Student is invited to our family activities (can come with us to church, groceries /mall to buy his/her personal items, picnics, or campings in summer, can join us whenever we dine-out in restaurants and need not share in the bill).
We require:
* One-month rent deposit (this is a damage deposit that will be refunded when the student moves out and there's no damage to the property)
* Monthly rent to be paid on or before the first day of each month
* One month's notice if the student decides to move out.
* Cleanliness (student must be able to clean his/her own room).
* No smoking inside the house.
